Conférence – Où va l’Europe ?
La question de savoir où va l’Europe nécessite de se référer à la fois à la fatigue d’Europe au dedans et au désir d’Europe au-dehors. Cette fatigue est une réalité politique attristante, frustrante, agaçante pour les militants de l’intégration européenne, mais dont il est nécessaire de prendre la mesure et de tenir compte.

Merci à l’ENA, qui est effectivement, comme l’a dit sa directrice, Nathalie Loiseau, une de mes maisons mères pour laquelle j’ai toujours gardé beaucoup d’affection. Merci aux Dernières Nouvelles d’Alsace, que j’ai pratiqué du temps où j’étais fréquemment à Strasbourg.
